Kampong Chhnang Provincial Police this morning arrested a man over
“inciting social unrest” with an edited video clip posted on his TikTok
account.
The Working Group for Press Freedom has co-organised a two-week campaign
with the theme “Information as a Public Good” on social media to promote and
highlight the importance of the freedom of the press and urge the public’s
participation.
The Ministry of Information has issued travel guidelines for journalists
during the Phnom Penh and Takhmao city lockdown after noticing that some of
them do not fully understand the restrictions set.
