The National Election Committee (NEC) decided to recognise the complaints of the Candlelight Party (CP) regarding its candidates in three out of five communes in Kampong Cham city, Kampong Cham province, while the other two communes were said to have removed the party name of candidates from the Commune/Council candidate list.
