The leaders of Candlelight Party (CP), Grassroots Democratic Party (GDP), Cambodia Reform Party (CRP) and Khmer Will Party (KWP) held talks with representatives of EU and diplomatic missions of Germany, Sweden, and Czech Republic. The purpose of the meeting was to seek the help of the diplomatic missions in influencing the Government of Cambodia to reform the electoral system and stop intimidating opposition activists during elections.
