Mr Hun Sen disclosed that Rainsy’s residence was sold after the Phnom Penh Municipal Court confiscated it on February, 2018, in order to facilitate his penalty in defamation case and in other fines. “Rainsy was ordered to pay one million dollars in compensation to me. I received around $700,000 from him. But, even after selling the house he is short of money. He has to pay me [ Hun Sen] another $300,000.
