| Cambodian authorities have arrested 263 suspects, including 17 women, during a major operation targeting a suspected online scam ring based in Preah Sihanouk province. A joint force arrested 35 foreign and two local suspects in connection with technology-related fraud at the Marinan Casino, located in the Sanho complex in Poipet town, Banteay Meanchey Province.
