We are deeply disturbed by reports of widespread human trafficking into Cambodia leading to forced labor, slavery and torture at compounds across the country.
Phnom Penh, 24 February 2022 – We, the undersigned civil society groups, are dismayed by recent incidents of state-sponsored violence, including sexual harassment, against Cambodian women engaged in peaceful strikes and assemblies.
Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) was founded in 1997 with registration at the MoI, and it is known by the public and related stakeholders for promoting democracy and fair and fair election in Cambodia.
