More than half of the striking NagaWorld employees have agreed to severance pay, ending their contract with the company, while the rest are holding out for reinstatement and union freedoms. The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training announced that five more of the nearly 400 former NagaWorld employees who were laid off had willingly accepted severance pay.
