NGO Natural Resource and Wildlife Preservation Organisation (NRWPO) director Chea Hean and two families have accused two-star general Chea Yothin of suing them at the Kampong Speu provincial court for defamation in a 105sqm land dispute in Phnom Sruoch district.
More than 100 civil society organisations and local communities have accused park rangers of restricting their rights when they were prevented from holding a blessing ceremony in the Prey Lang Wildlife Sanctuary last week.
The Arbitration Council said that it handled 2,882 cases from 2003 to 2019, which affected over 1.11 million workers in the industrial and service sectors across the country.http://bit.ly/384FiWM;
