In a statement, the group of 24 said: “We, the civil society organisations, associations, and unions are very concerned about the amendment of the Election Law in the run-up to the upcoming National Election.” We requested the Senate and the Constitutional Council to delay the proposed amendments to the Election Law, which should take place after the 2023 National Election.
