| The ongoing armed clashes along the Cambodian-Thai border have forced nearly 40,000 Cambodian families to flee their homes, with tens of thousands now sheltering in designated safe zones or with relatives. More than 135,000 Cambodians were evacuated because of the fighting. https://bit.ly/3IXMa09; World Vision International has established 56 child-friendly safe zones across three provinces to support the wellbeing of nearly 12,000 children displaced by the Thai-Cambodia border conflict, urgently calling for continued international support to ensure access to healthcare, education and psychosocial care despite the ceasefire. |
