The National Election Committee (NEC) has so far approved seven international observers and another seven as international Special Guests for the upcoming July 23 National Election. The number is expected to rise up to 40 during the election. As the campaign for July 23 National Election (NE) enters the tenth day, the National Election Committee (NEC) has received two complaints.

The National Election Committee (NEC) reports that as election day draws near, the NEC Information Reaction Team has observed that some people are still actively campaigning on social media, encouraging voters to mark their ballots incorrectly on election day in order to invalidate their votes because there won’t be a Candlelight Party (CP).
