Elections/National Election Committee (14th – 18th August, 2023)
The National Election Committee (NEC) held a comprehensive review of the National Election at a special conference in Battambang province. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Interior Sar Kheng. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sar Kheng recently underscored the significance of democracy and elections in preserving the dignity and prosperity of a nation.
The National Election Committee (NEC) will review the voter list and update it accordingly after a nationwaide voter registration exercise is carried out from October to December.
