As Cambodia is looking forward to the commune election in 2022 and the national election in 2023, the public’s eyes are now on the National Election Committee (NEC), the agency that supervises polls in the Kingdom. NEC spokesman Hang Puthea gives the final update of the committee’s projects and claims that the NEC is bracing itself to ensure a “free and fair” election for the Cambodian people.
