The International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol), at the request of Thai police, has issued a red notice for the arrest of Pich Kimsrin, a 24-year-old Cambodian man implicated in the fatal shooting. The widow of a former Cambodian opposition party lawmaker who was killed in a brazen street attack in Bangkok said she believes the shooting was “definitely political” and not the result of a personal dispute.
