The United States has announced a new trade deal imposing a 19% tariff on Cambodian exports, while American goods can now enter Cambodia tariff-free. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said officials from the US State Department are in Malaysia to help with peace efforts as Cambodia and Thailand plan to begin talks on July 28, with the hope of reaching a ceasefire.
