Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Prak Sokhonn made a plea for help to world leaders at the UN General Assembly to resolve the border conflict with Thailand, noting that decades of hard-won peace are in jeopardy due to continued attacks that violate the ceasefire agreement.
