Meanwhile, PM Hun Manet has called for the restoration of the relationship with Thailand, which sees Anutin relenting to start restoring calm at the border. Cambodia and Thailand agreed to consider reopening border crossings shut since June before a five-day conflict flared in late July, with both sides taking a hit to land trade.
