Singapore and Cambodia signed an agreement to continue cooperation in digital government.
Cambodia and Australia agreed to deepen cooperation in the fight against transnational crime, with Australia pledging to provide cybercrime training to Cambodian police officers.

The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) participated in a joint statement with France on the universal decriminalization of homosexuality, viewed as “good progress” by the LGBTIQ+ community, though it will continue pushing for the legalization of same-sex marriages.
