On August 15, 2025 at 22:20, the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Department arrested a suspect named Iem Ravut, male, 39 years old, the deputy executive director of the National Force Party for the Por Sen Chey District, according to arrest warrant number 1073 “R” D.C.N by Mr. Li Sokha, investigating judge of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, at Prey Pring Village, Sangkat Chom Chao 3, Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh, for insulting the King. |
