The Phnom Penh Municipal Court sentenced a provincial anti-drug military police deputy commander to 27 years and his girlfriend 23 years in jail after they were found guilty of selling almost two kilogrammes of crystal methamphetamines to an undercover police officer who impersonated as a drug dealer and ordered to buy the drugs from them last year.
