Siem Reap judges on probed two young musicians over their defiant, nationalist rap lyrics, questioning whether songs extolling “the bravery to stand up” constitute incitement as alleged by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
The Supreme Court denied a bail application from Rong Chhun , as a lower court announced a trial date for the prominent unionist to face the charge of incitement for comments made about the demarcation of the Vietnam and Cambodia border.
