The Phnom Penh Court of Appeal heard the case of a former district military police commander who was sentenced in 2019 to a year in prison for defaming Kampong Thom’s provincial military police commander’s reputation by alleging he kept a Toyota Camry car that was evidence from a drug case and forging police documents.
