| Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) president Keo Remy has issued an urgent appeal to Ganna Yudkivska, chair-rapporteur of the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, concerning the detention of 18 Cambodian soldiers by Thai Armed Forces.
