The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has reacted to the European Commission’s (EC) decision to partially suspend the Everything But Arms (EBA) scheme, saying it did not reflect the reality in Cambodia. Prime Minister Hun Sen  reiterated that any factory closure or mass lay-offs in the upcoming months would not be a consequence of losing the EU’s Everything But Arms (EBA) scheme.
