| A Cambodian government agency responsible for public information and public opinion has dismissed a leaked voice recording, allegedly of Senate President Hun Sen ordering the assassination of Cambodian political activists in Thailand. https://bit.ly/42cOfx6; President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) of the Government, has been reappointed representative of Cambodia to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR), the ASEAN regional human rights body, for the sixth mandate term of 2025-2027. https://bit.ly/3DYNH3S; The government has issued a sub-decree appointing 10 officials from various ministries and institutions to the National Council for the Conferral of Professorships.
