Prime Minister Hun Manet has issued several orders aimed at encouraging more foreign investment in property, and also urged microfinance companies to make it easier for homeowners to refinance delinquent mortgages.
The General Department of Taxation has collected 12,421 billion riel, approximately $3 billion, in revenue from January to October.
