Hun Sen, Prime Minister has once again decided to provide additional funds
to 11 provinces to assist Cambodian migrant workers returning home. The
government has disbursed $291 million to 692,092 eligible families who were
hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic between July last year .

The Cambodian government decided to reject a proposal from casino
corporation NagaCorp to build a $350 million resort just outside Siem Reap
province’s Angkor Archaeological Park.
