The Cambodian government is pushing ahead with a cybercrime law that experts and CSOs say could be wielded to further curtail freedom of speech amid an ongoing crackdown on dissent.
Prime Minister Hun Manet said that the government has approved a $300 million flood mitigation project in Phnom Penh to prevent flooding in important urban areas.
