Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, briefed Ueno Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, on the modernization and efforts of the Ministry of Information on the development of public media to make the Ministry of Information a public relations institution of the Royal Government of Cambodia to provide accurate information to the people, including national and international.
