MEDIA( 20th – 24th May 2024)
Over 300 members of think tanks and media outlets from multiple countries, including Cambodia, gathered in Haikou city in China’s Hainan province to attend the fourth RCEP Media and Think Tank Forum, organised to help the 15 signatories of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) explore further shared economic benefits and win-win cooperation.
Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, called on some journalists and social media users, as well as online content producers and monitors (MMO), to stop advertising activities as well as sharing images of murder and violence on social media, Facebook, TikTok, and telegrams. This is according to the posting on the official Facebook page of the Minister on May 20, 2024.
