Construction of Cambodia’s first-ever oil platform for its Apsara oil development off the coast in the Gulf of Thailand has been completed and the platform has sailed away to its offshore location.
In Cambodia, there is an increasing demand for high-skilled laborers as the country aspires to transition to an upper middle or high-income country in the next few decades.
