The bid by former opposition lawmaker Khim Laky to form a new party National Future Party (CNFP) issued a statement and expressed its deep regret that the Ministry of Interior was late in responding to the party’s registration request.
Once again, the party had called on the ministry to expedite the process of reviewing its registration application, as it had taken more than 40 days after the latest documents were submitted to the ministry. CNHP said that it had been almost five months since it had applied for official party registration at the ministry.
