The Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) has unique political culture of Chos Moulatharn, meaning the visit of local constituencies. Many international media are accusing CPP as conducting one-party rule.  In a bid to win the hearts and minds of the people for the upcoming Commune Election, the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) in its manifesto has promised to divert 6% of the capital’s and provinces’ revenue to support the development of the communes.
