In a Facebook message posted, Rainsy said that King Norodom Sihamoni is a King of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) who always follows Prime Minister Hun Sen’s orders, especially with regards to the National Election. Rainsy alleged that the King’s behaviour is “really different from the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk”.
