Son Chhay will ask the country\u2019s Supreme Court to overturn his conviction in a defamation case brought by election officials and Cambodia\u2019s ruling party.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3PRiFfU?fbclid=IwAR0Y0BI4fF5YuFpchi_4EMBZAISFtnVjqSemowMhSPGT-ndwUyCDd1-p-74\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3PRiFfU<\/a>;<br>Mr Hun Sen disclosed that Rainsy\u2019s residence was sold after the Phnom Penh Municipal Court confiscated it on February, 2018, in order to facilitate his penalty in defamation case and in other fines. \u201cRainsy was ordered to pay one million dollars in compensation to me. I received around $700,000 from him. But, even after selling the house he is short of money.
