The agreement will enable the UN team in the kingdom to support the government in contributing to national development priorities, as articulated in the Pentagonal Strategy \u2013 Phase I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/comfrel.info\/466li48;\">https:\/\/comfrel.info\/466li48;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>China\u2019s new naval base at Ream in Cambodia is well documented. It will provide the Chinese Navy (PLAN) with a base at the southern end of the highly contested South China Sea. The base is still east of the Malacca Straight which separates the South China Sea from the Indian Ocean, yet is still strategically important.
