External Consultant for Democracy Report Writing
Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) is a strong and enduring Cambodian NGO dedicated to providing an independent and non-partisan role in the formation and growth of Cambodian democracy. COMFREL has participated in the 1998, 2003, 2008, and 2013 and 2023 National Assembly Elections and the 2002, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022 commune council elections. COMFREL is seeking a qualified consultant to write the 2023 annual democracy report.
Responsibilities
- To develop a content of democracy report
- To conduct data research for this assignment
- To write a democracy report including all COMFREL’s reports
- Submit annual democracy report in English.
Skill and Qualifications
- Have strong experiences in report and journal writing regarding human rights and democracy for the public.
- Good understanding of the laws, policy, human rights, and democracy.
- Have a good analysis of political context in current situations.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and proficiency in reading and speaking Khmer.
