The Committee for Free and Fair Election in Cambodia (COMFREL) is independent, neutral, non-profit and not influenced by political parties and the government.

The mission of COMFREL is to empowers Cambodian citizens to exercise their rights in politics and decision-making through civic education, monitoring, and constructive engagement with government and elected officials for policy reforms, democracy, free and fair elections, and increased democratic accountabilities.

COMFREL is looking for a volunteer who will work as Information Technology Assistant urgently and to full fill a duty as the description below:

Responsibility:

• Assistant in taking photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Assistant in editing or producing short videos
• Assistant in preparing online programs
• Co-produce videos animation (cloud-based, animated video creation platform)
• Assistant in managing social media of COMFREL (Facebook Page, YouTube…)
• Assistant in fixing problems of email, computer and software
• Other tasks requested by the supervisor

 Requirements:

• Information Technology student / Multi-Media student/ Media and Communication student  
• Relevant experience to above duties
• Knowledge in managing social media (Facebook, YouTube, Website…)
• The preferences and willingness to do social work
• Be responsible and work as a team
• Faithful, creative, open minded in learning something new
